Proven Success Strategies: Client Experiences

While I was working with an executive team, the leader remarked, “Trust and being at stake for each other is the ‘secret sauce’ for us to accelerate as a team, become more change-agile, and win together.” The leader and team then went about building trust in a very disciplined way—aligning
the team and acquiring the skills and tools needed to win in a tough, competitive marketplace. They demonstrated what can be done when a team moves smartly to build trust and the leadership muscle needed to accelerate performance.
