Proven Success Strategies: Client Experiences

Very few teams currently operate face to face; most have at least one remotely based team member. This makes the skills required to build effective working relationships in a virtual work environment critical to both the client’s and GDS’s future success. As one executive stated, “It’s no longer an option
to say, ‘I’m not comfortable with technology’; instead, we must embrace and use virtual tools every day.’” Amen!
